At 13, he was part of the group Les Eperviers and at 15 he played with the Wild Tigers. At 19, he released his first 45, "Sylvie", under the name of Frédéric François. He had his first success with "I Never Loved Like I Love You" and in 1972 he was named Breakthrough of the Year. It was the start of a long career that began for him in France, Belgium, Switzerland and all the French-speaking countries where he collected successes. The years go by but Frédéric François continues to seduce the fairer sex with his love songs. During his numerous tours, he filled the largest venues but also all the zeniths and the most famous venues such as the Olympia in France. Voices of love, passion and women with essential melodies such as My heart says I love you, I love you Italian style, and others, this successful singer has to his credit, 350 titles, 85 gold records, 40 million records sold, including 15 million in France, making him the 3rd best-selling Belgian singer in the history of music behind the giants Salvatore Adamo and Jacques Brel.
