Fédération act-art / Halle Nord

Halle Nord is intended to present the work of artists by putting forward thinking, creativity and experimentation. The aims are consistent with those of the federation act-art: present works by artists within and outside the member associations of the Federation to increase visibility and achieve greater public awareness.
