THE TASTE OF THINGS
Screening of Alain Wirth’s documentary film (2025)
In the hills above Vevey, Pierre-Gilles and Antoine have embarked on a journey into farming. Their farm, Praz Bonjour—an agroecological permaculture project—is fueled by passion, a source of pride, but also of frustration. The work is far from easy: a changing climate, pests, diseases, financial pressures… Driven by a deep desire to take action in the face of ecological uncertainties, our market gardeners are making their dream a reality.
The screening will be followed by a discussion with the director.
