Aurora brings forth blooming flowers on a golden background, somewhere between an inner garden and a suspended memory.
Crystel Ceresa graduated from HEAD – Geneva in 2005. She lives and works in Geneva. Her preferred technique, the airbrush, allows her to paint through spraying, with a fine, misty and delicate touch that resembles a caress and lends great lightness and subtlety to the subjects she depicts. These subjects evoke a sense of wonder before nature, its re-enchantment, and its fragility in a rapidly changing and often hostile world. Nature is omnipresent, in all its poetic force.
Crystel Ceresa takes us on a journey as if through the eyes of a drone flying over ocean depths, coral reefs, wild flower fields, and distant horizons, all conducive to dreams and meditation. She exhibits her large-scale aerial paintings internationally.
