Opening Concert: DRAGA – Ô GUÉRILLÈRES & Cocon Javel 8 PM, November 19 at L’Alhambra – As part of the Les Créatives festival

A key figure of radical feminism, philosopher and novelist Monique Wittig holds a central place in today’s feminist thought. Les Guérillères (1969), a narrative that blurs the lines between revolutionary epic and poetic manifesto, portrays a community of women rising up against patriarchal oppression. Through vivid depictions of their rituals, beliefs, and quest for a new language, Wittig laid the groundwork for radically emancipated ways of thinking and living.
Inspired by the raw power of this text, the musical project Draga brings together Lucie Antunes, Anna Mouglalis, P.R2B, Théodora Delilez, and Narumi Herisson. Together, they deliver a blazing, shape-shifting interpretation—where politically charged rock collides with krautrock, analog electro, and post-punk.
