For its third and final edition, Jazz On The Water puts the small brass into the big. Since 2018, this cross-border orchestral project has brought together young Swiss and French talent for a bold, collective musical adventure.
Directed by Jean-Paul Odiau, the 50-strong orchestra pays tribute to the giant Miles Davis, 100 years after his birth, in a unique concert in Switzerland. Alongside them, iconoclastic trumpeter Médéric Collignon and his quartet breathe explosive, free energy into this legendary repertoire.
A rare moment of transmission, improvisation and celebration of a jazz monument.
