An afternoon of botanical discoveries inspired by Jean-Jacques Rousseau's herbarium.

Our outreach and library teams invite you to an afternoon of activities blending science and literature, inspired by Jean-Jacques Rousseau's herbarium.
For science: you can observe the cellular structure of plants under a binocular microscope and learn how to mount herbarium sheets, just as Jean-Jacques Rousseau did.
For literature: join us for two storytelling sessions at 2:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Throughout the afternoon, enjoy games and colouring activities about biodiversity and the plants in Jean-Jacques Rousseau's herbarium.
