What if you stepped behind the bar at a cocktail bar? Guided by a professional, one person in the duo will select the ingredients, choose the flavors, and create a bespoke cocktail for the other. Citrus fruits, herbs, spices, syrups… you'll have free rein to create a unique drink, designed especially for your partner.
Then the roles reverse: it's your turn to share your preferences and let yourself be surprised. You'll then discover the signature cocktail created just for you, the result of your partner's attentive listening, creativity, and expertise.
Coached by Pascal Saiter, bartender at the Le Radar de Poche cocktail bar in the Old Town, a multiple award winner for his unique creations, you'll learn the basics of mixology, preparation techniques, and the rules of flavor balance. The motto: dare, experiment, and have fun.
Behind the bar, you'll enjoy mimicking the techniques of professionals and putting on a show in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. At the end of the workshop, you'll each taste the cocktail created for you by the other, a moment of sharing and discovery centered around personalized creations.
To kick off the experience, the workshop begins with a tasting game designed by Pascal Saiter. Two cocktails will be offered: your task is to guess their ingredients.
