Guided visit

Voltaire, craftsman of the Enlightenment

Every month, a free tour for all ages from 12 upwards invites you to discover Voltaire and the Délices.

Délices

At the age of 61, Voltaire landed in Geneva, living in the Villa des Délices from 1755 to 1760, where he produced many famous works, including "Candide". This tour explores the life of the Enlightenment philosopher, with a particular focus on his stay in the City of Calvin.
