You’ve been dreaming of it for two years now, already imagining yourself with mulled wine in hand, a snuggly beanie on your head, blowing on your fingers by the fire ? Winter is coming to Geneva and with it the Christmas market is making its comeback from 17 November to 24 December 2022!

✨ The Jardin Anglais

For your best souvenir photos with the Jet d’Eau in the background, for a journey into the past aboard one of the city’s oldest steamboats or to savour the view of the lake… head to the Jardin Anglais, literally the English Garden! An iconic place on the lakefront, the garden is also home to Geneva’s unmissable flower clock, made up of more than 20,000 flowers and the world’s longest second hand. This year, the multi-faceted garden will again become the magical setting for the Geneva Christmas Market.

Every week, stallholders in small wooden chalets change and offer new discoveries each time you visit. Local creators and designers will be delighted to share their passion with you and give you lots of ideas for Christmas gifts for you and your loved ones.

Raclette, mulled wine, or both? The Christmas market will once again be the favourite spot for food lovers this year. The street food stands will make your taste buds travel and warm up your winter days, while the Christmas Pub, regularly animated by a DJ, will provide a safe haven for a winter aperitif.

Come and enjoy a delicious fondue in a large wooden chalet! In the friendly atmosphere of the Christmas market in the heart of the garden, the Chalet welcomes you every day.
