Discover the Meet & Taste Card

The Geneva Tourism & Convention Foundation and the State of Geneva are delighted to introduce the Meet & Taste card.

«Enhance Your Congress Experience with the Meet & Taste Card»

This gift card is valid in around a hundred restaurants, cafés and bars that are registered with the Geneva Tourism & Convention Foundation. It enables participants to discover Geneva’s diverse food scene at a reduced price during the congress.

In 2024, a dedicated page on our website will display all the practical information about the Meet & Taste card, accompanied by a useful restaurant, café, and bar finder with filters and a map.

Check your Meet & Taste card information

By scanning the QR code with your mobile phone or entering the card number manually, you can check your remaining balance and the status and validity of your card.

Find a Meet & Taste establishment

Cardholders will be able to discover an extensive list of Geneva establishments participating in the Meet & Taste card. Using filters and a map, participants will be able to select their ideal restaurant, whether it is nearby or elsewhere in Geneva.

Sponsor with your logo

The amount of the card (minimum CHF 20) is variable and can be increased by any sponsors or by the organising association. The logo of each sponsor can be added.

Terms of use

  • The Meet & Taste card is designed for international congresses of 500 participants or more for a minimum value of CHF 20.
  • The Meet & Taste card can be used 1 day before, during and up to 2 days after the congress.
  • Each participant aged 18 or over and in possession of a badge is entitled to a card. The card is personal, non-transferable and valid only when duly completed (first and last names must be provided).
  • Several cards can be used on the same bill. They can also be used in several instalments.
  • The amount on the card cannot be converted into cash. The card cannot be replaced in the event of loss or theft.

Recycling the card
Meet & Taste cards are made of recycled PVC and are recyclable. Cardholders are invited to return their used cards to a partner establishment or to the congress organisers for recycling. The cards can also be disposed of in a recycling bin.
