Geneva City Pass 72h

Find out about recommended itineraries from our Tourist Center experts and make the most of your Geneva City Pass. Irrespective of the length of your stay, be it 24, 48 or 72 hours: Geneva is always an unforgettable experience!

Day one

We recommend beginning your stay in Geneva with a visit to the international district. Take the ‘International & Panoramic’ trolley-bus tour which drives you past Geneva’s NGOs and international organisations.
Afterwards you could stop off at the International Museum of the Red Cross and Red Crescent (MICR). The museum is a tribute to the world's greatest humanitarian movement. The exhibitions ‘Defending Human Dignity’, ‘Reducing Natural Risks’ and ‘Restoring Family Links’ await you!
Next, discover the architectural and sculptural gems of the Musée Ariana. Not only is the building located in a sensational leafy setting, it is also home to impressive vaults and colonnades. Twelve centuries of ceramics are housed in this extraordinary site.

Day 2

On your second day in our wonderful city, wander around the Old Town and uncover its secrets.
Roam its meandering streets on an eco-friendly one-man TaxiBike. Enter the austere St Pierre Cathedral and visit its charming Chapelle des Macchabées.
A guide will be waiting for you at the end of your visit to show you around the Old City while revealing its hidden corners. Walk to the Place du Bourg-de-Four, a fount of history, then continue towards Bastions Park and the world-renowned Reformation Wall.
For the last stop of your delightful day, broaden your knowledge by visiting the International Museum of the Reformation. Lift the lid on Protestantism’s most iconic figure: Jean Calvin.

Day 3

For your third and last day in Geneva, why not unwind and breathe in some fresh air?
Located just a few minutes from the city centre, hop on the cable car that goes to Mont Salève. It brings you right to the summit of Mont Salève where impressive panoramic views await you. The city bows down at your feet while at the same time showing off its most attractive vistas.
After this journey in the middle of nature, we propose you to set sail like sailors with the "Geneva tour" cruise which will take you to see the most beautiful monuments and buildings and will offer you a magnificent view of the Alps Massif.

Afterwards, head to the Barbier-Mueller Museum in the heart of the Old Town. This museum preserves and studies a collection begun in 1907, containing several thousand works of art from tribal and classical antiquity. These masterpieces, from all over the world, cannot be found anywhere else, making them one of the world's most valuable collections.
