The chef, Saverio Sbaragli, who trained at L’Arpège in Paris, offers a hearty cuisine that will awaken all your senses. The Ravioli del Plin with pheasant, Parmesan cheese, and salmis sauce and the Fregola sarda, crayfish and black lemon are delicious.
