Created by Michelin-starred chef Alain Verzeroli, Le Jardinier in Geneva is the fourth establishment in the chain. It is led by Executive Chef Olivier Jean, who draws his inspiration from the region's native ingredients, showcasing sun-ripened fruits, vegetables, and aromatic herbs, bursting with flavor and picked at their peak, to enhance meats and seafood or to shine on their own.
