From Watchmaking to Gastronomy
Ahmed Al Shorbagui, 35, spent 15 years in the Swiss watchmaking industry as a micromechanic. But his true passion, inherited from his mother, has always been cooking.
In 2021, he decided to follow his heart and launched Meltd Home Burgers. Starting with a rented kitchen space, then with residencies at Rooftop105 and Les Voisins, culminating in his crowning achievement: winning the Chef Festival in Geneva in October 2023.

100% Homemade
Our brioche bun is kneaded fresh every morning in the restaurant's basement. Our sauces are homemade, our fries and rösti are made with local potatoes. Nothing is industrial, everything is handcrafted.
Swiss & Local Products
100% Swiss beef from a local butcher, PDO cheeses from Fromagerie Dupasquier (Gruyère, Vacherin, smoked Raclette), seasonal vegetables sourced directly from Geneva producers.
