Discovery of "La Fabrique" from the "La Bonbonnière" chocolate factory

The chocolatiers of La Bonbonnière, a century-old Geneva chocolate factory, welcome you to their production laboratory to share a delightful and chocolatey moment with you. They will introduce you to the history of La Bonbonnière, the secrets of cocoa as well as all the stages of chocolate making with respect for Swiss craftsmanship. Then they will answer all your questions around a tasting of pralines that they have created and, of course, a hot chocolate.

The chocolate factory La Bonbonnière opened in November 2022 the Chocolate School.
The workshops and tastings are now held at Rue Pierre Fatio 15 in Geneva.
