New Year’s Eve in the city’s most beautiful hotels

Meet at the Ritz Carlton Hôtel de la Paix for a gourmet dinner. At Fiskebar, the talented Francesca Fucci has prepared a creative and surprising menu for an original New Year’s Eve featuring white truffles, langoustine and caviar, all delicately and creatively revisited.

Head to the InterContinental, in the Nations district, for an enchanting dinner and evening with Lebanese food and oriental notes. From 7 p.m. onwards, enjoy an unforgettable evening with the delights of chef Seif El Bourji. A selection of typical Lebanese dishes, hot and cold mezze and other surprises await.

Facing Mont Blanc, with its unique view of Lake Geneva, the Beau-Rivage and its Michelin-starred restaurant Le Chat-Botté welcome you for an exceptional meal. Chef Dominique Gauthier and his brigade will transport you from land to sea with the utmost finesse and ever-renewed passion. Scallops, sea bass from Ile d’Yeu and Aubrac beef fillet are just some of the dishes featured on the menu.

Cocktail reception, DJ and live music await at the Hotel Metropole on the magnificent Winter Met Rooftop with its breathtaking views of the city. From 8 p.m. onwards, celebrate New Year’s Eve with a welcome cocktail and indulge in a little partying and good food with the chef’s glittering menu.

On the shores of Lake Geneva, the Hotel Président Wilson will celebrate New Year’s Eve in its two gastronomic establishments. At L’Arabesque, one of the most popular Lebanese venues in Geneva, gourmet delights and voluptuousness await with a 6-course menu. At Bayview, chef Michel Roth’s starred restaurant, blue lobster and imperial caviar will be part of the festivities.

Celebrate the New Year in Geneva’s oldest and most prestigious hotel. The Four Seasons Hôtel des Bergues welcomes you on 31 December for an exclusive dinner at its starred Il Lago restaurant. Chef Massimiliano Sena will show you all his talent in a menu filled with Italian delights.

The Fairmont Grand Hotel Geneva invites you for an exceptional experience at its two gourmet restaurants.  A festive 5-course menu will be offered at the Grill, while the Il Vero restaurant will feature a delicious buffet. Turbot, foie gras, truffles, smoked salmon… All the ingredients to spend an unforgettable moment!

The Mandarin Oriental will be draped in lights to celebrate the passage to the New Year. Gourmet delights and festive moments await in the MO Bar and Yakumanka. Just a few minutes from Geneva city centre, you’ll fall for the enchanting setting of La Réserve, on the shores of Lake Geneva. Chez Calvin, the city’s hippest brasserie, will once again bring together the people of Geneva for a festive New Year’s Eve. Head for New York and Studio 54, the famous Broadway nightclub, for an exceptional evening with the lively notes of DJ Jacques Dumas. Reservation recommended.

Meet up on one of the city’s most beautiful rooftops for a cabaret-themed New Year’s Eve party! From 7 p.m. onwards, Rooftop 42 will shine with a thousand lights and will keep its guests dancing until the end of the night. But before that, indulge in a menu that will have your mouth watering: Duck foie gras with pistachio, oeuf parfait and truffle vacherin siphon… Reservation recommended.

A few minutes from Geneva, starred chef Serge Labrosse invites you to celebrate at his bistro in Versoix. For the occasion the Boléro will offer a 6-course tasting menu based on end-of-year classics such as pan-fried foie gras, veal mignon à la ficelle and caviar. A live band and DJ will also feature on the programme.
