Exhibition
Uwe Wittwer, Aiko Watanabe, Jürg Halter The Imaginary House
Description
The Ariana Museum opens its doors to the swiss visual artist Uwe Wittwer, for a new exhibition that opens a dialogue between artistic disciplines.
Three artists together: Uwe Wittwer, the ceramist Aiko Watanabe and the poet Jürg Halter cross their practices using Kenji Mizoguchi's 1953 film "A Misty Moon After the Rain" as a starting point. Watercolours, digital prints, stoneware and short poems weave an evocation of a cult film whose protagonist is a potter.
