Jean-Marc Bessire is in love with the sea and his undying passion can be savoured through any of his fish, shellfish and crustacean specialities. With the "à la carte" or any of the other menus on offer, the sea is revered through his immeasurable talent. Another reason to rejoice as the restaurant celebrates Geneva's wines with the best local vintages which have been magnificently paired with the taste of the Atlantic, the Mediterranean and indeed Lake Geneva itself!
