To celebrate the 2024 Olympic Games, become a master chocolatier for a workshop with the only chocolate roaster in Geneva. Make your own sports chocolate figure and enjoy a good hot chocolate!
Procope is a Bean-to-bar chocolate factory, that is to say a production of exceptional chocolates from the bean to the bar. The chocolates produced by Procope are entirely made in Geneva from high quality beans and following a unique roasting process!
To celebrate the 2024 Olympic Games with panache, Procope Bean to Bar welcomes you to its production, entertainment and exchanges to make your own chocolate sports figure ! You will be able to follow all the phases of transformation, from the cocoa bean to melting chocolate!
You will learn all the stages of creating an artisanal chocolate: cleaning the mold, laying layers of chocolate, decorating, packaging and labeling the chocolate... You will also taste chocolate beans or chocolate paste.
During the hardening phase of your chocolate heart, you will also be able to taste an incredible hot chocolate, with an inimitable bean taste!
At the end of the workshop, you can leave with your chocolate creation!
