Folk pottery and glass from German-speaking Switzerland. On the one hand, there’s dishes for the rösti and other earthenware terrines decorated with underglaze slips, and on the other, glazed schnaps flasks and tumblers, known as Flühli glass. Although on different supports, the iconographic motifs intersect and echo each other: flowers and animals, heraldic designs, genre figures and various inscriptions animate these surprisingly diverse pieces bursting with freshness.
