Experience Geneva’s award-winning chocolate creations in a delightful walking tour with Geneva Food Tour’s top specialists.

During this 3-hour walking tour, you will taste local creations and discover the universe of chocolate in Geneva. You’ll visit 5 chocolate factories and patisseries, one of which saw celebrities like Winston Churchill, Grace Kelly, JF Kennedy and Charles de Gaulle purchasing its delicacies.

During the tour, your passionate guide will share with you the secrets of chocolate: from the origins to the manufacturing, covering as well the history of Swiss chocolate. You will also enjoy a visit of the picturesque old town and a boat ride from one bank to the other.
Discovering the city’s best chocolatiers and tasting 11 different creations: pralines, truffles, gold medalist chocolate cakes and the chocolate marmite-breaking tradition… is also part of the tour.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the departure. Groups are limited to a maximum of 9 participants. It is advisable to wear that are comfortable for walking.
Unfortunately, the organization cannot ensure the replacement of the creations if you have allergies. Nevertheless, please inform them in advance so that they can find alternatives for you whenever possible. You’re welcome to join the tour, but you may miss out on a number of tastings. If you leave us a note in your online ticket purchase, alternate tastings will be arranged wherever possible. The tour is not wheelchair accessible.
