Try the Hakou, with its grilled artichoke hearts, white beans and olive oil toast, or the Mia, a brioche bun with fried egg, Greek yoghurt and fresh salad. For those with a sweet tooth, the chocolate mousse with hazelnut chips and fresh raspberries is a must!
