Major Watchmaking Events in Geneva
 

In Geneva, watchmaking is explored and celebrated throughout the year. In the spring, Watches and Wonders unveils the latest releases from the major brands and sets the whole city pulsing to the rhythm of time, while Chronopolis offers a more relaxed and friendly gathering dedicated to independent brands and bringing together creators, collectors, and enthusiasts.

The Geneva Luxury Week then showcases exceptional watches, jewelry, and collectibles at prestigious sales and exhibitions. GemGenève opens the doors to the fascinating world of gemstones, jewelry, and fine crafts, while EPHJ offers a behind-the-scenes look at high precision, watch components, and technological innovations.

This fall, the Geneva Watch Days will take over the city’s hotels, boutiques, and iconic venues in a decentralized format, perfect for discovering independent watchmakers and their latest creations.

In October, the World Watch Day celebrates watchmaking culture in all its facets, while Autour du Temps – Watchmaking Craft Days invites the public to meet the artisans and discover the techniques, skills, and trades that bring a watch to life.

Finally, November crowns the most remarkable creations at the Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève – GPHG, where the selected timepieces are displayed at the Geneva Museum of Art and History. The season continues with ReLuxury, which offers a contemporary perspective on luxury through secondhand goods, restoration, heritage, and the circular economy.
