You’ll find us all year round in Geneva’s Cornavin station. 

Our team of destination experts welcomes you at the following times:

Monday to Saturday from 9:15 to 17:45 except Thursdays from 10:00 to 17:45 and Sundays from 10:00 to 16:00.
Public holidays from 10:00 to 16:00.

Pavilion in the Jardin Anglais

This summer, you’ll also find our Geneva experts in the heart of the Jardin Anglais, just behind the famous Flower Clock. 

Our teams will happily welcome you at this summer information point for personalised tips at the following times:

Monday to Saturday from 9:15 to 17:45 except Thursdays from 10:00 to 17:45 and Sundays from 10:00 to 16:00.
Public holidays from 10:00 to 16:00.

Summer bonus

from 1 July to 25 August, enjoy free guided tours departing from the Pavilion in the Jardin Anglais with our professional guides. Our 30- to 40-minute tours depart 6 times per day.
Meet at the entrance to the Pavilion in front of the “Guided Moments” sign at the following times: 10:30, 11:45, 12:30, 13:45, 14:30, and 15:45.

Mobile information point with the Tourist Angels

Meet the Geneva Tourist Angels this summer in Geneva from 1 July to 25 August. Easily recognisable and always ready to help, they’ll point out some unique experiences and provide invaluable tips for your visit. Whether it’s finding the best photo spot or a restaurant for lunch, the Angels will enhance your visit, turning every moment in Geneva into a memorable adventure.
