In the face of change, our ability to adapt is put to the test. Creativity, in the service of ecology, opens up a different path: it challenges our perceptions, gives rise to new imaginations, and offers alternative ways of relating to living things.
After laying the groundwork for a new perspective on life, Alliances vivantes takes action.
Philosophers and experts come together to rethink our environments and modes of production from the perspective of livability: how can we design places, materials, and organizations where life has its rightful place?
The event opens with philosopher Dominique Bourg, whose work on ecological thought sheds light on how we inhabit the world. It continues with diverse perspectives from sociologists, construction professionals, and designers, united by a common goal: placing living things at the heart of design, to live better and build better.
