A series of six workshops to discover the basics of impro, in the exhibition “The futur, what's that?”. Temporary exhibition. Wednesdays from 4.30pm to 6pm, from 28 October to 2 December.

ONLY IN FRENCH
As part of the exhibition ‘The futur, what's that?’, the MEG is offering a series of theatre improvisation workshops specially designed for young people aged 12 to 15.
Theatre improvisation is an ideal playground for exploring uncertainty, embracing the unexpected and inventing stories in real time. Just like the exhibition, which invites visitors to imagine possible futures and question this unknown future, these workshops offer participants the opportunity to create, test and bring to life their own visions of the future.
Through games, exercises and group creative activities, participants will discover the basics of improvisation (listening, storytelling, performance and collaboration) whilst developing their imagination and confidence on stage, in a supportive and fun environment. The themes explored will directly tie in with the exhibition, fuelling the improvisations and stimulating reflection on possible futures.
This programme takes the form of a series of six workshops: attendance at all sessions is compulsory to ensure the group’s consistent progress and an enriching collective experience.
The series concludes with a final performance on Saturday 5 December. Attendance is not compulsory for participants, but the date must be set aside from the start of the programme.
An invitation to experiment, imagine and take risks: what if the future were also shaped on stage?
