Three jazz greats, Paolo Fresu, David Linx and Gustavo Beytelmann, come together for a musical journey blending jazz, Latin cultures and cultural influences.

Paolo Fresu (tp, bgl)
David Linx (voc)
Gustavo Beytelmann (p)
The Auditorium Ansermet welcomes three exceptional musicians. Just consider this: the outstanding Italian trumpeter Paolo Fresu (Carla Bley, Ralph Towner, Omar Sosa), the incomparable vocalist David Linx (Toots Thielemans, Sheila Jordan, Gonzalo Rubalcaba), and Gustavo Beytelmann, pianist for the legendary Astor Piazzolla.
Inspired by the narrative concept of “trama” — the web of ideas that makes up a story — the trio creates a collective musical narrative born from their own journeys: Gustavo, originally from Argentina; David, Belgian and shaped by American influences; and Paolo, a child of Sardinia.
United by a shared passion for Latin music and culture, the three artists explore a soundscape shaped by travel, exchange and cultural fusion. Trama Latina brings to life a fruitful dialogue between heritage and cross-cultural influences, transforming memory into living creation. A truly outstanding artistic achievement.
