Grain de sable

Dimanche, c’est famille! brings together the 4 musical organisations of Les 6 toits for family-friendly shows and workshops celebrating music together

Dimanche c'est famille !

Once upon a time, there was a stone. It crumbles, becomes sand, is carried away by the wind, melts into the waves, and is then reborn, mineral and mysterious.

On stage, two marimbas and a vibraphone bring this metamorphosis to life, while a dancing body moves through the same states: the rigidity of rock, the lightness of a grain carried by the wind, and the viscosity of water.

Sounds and movements transform together, in a luminous world of veils and soft lighting, somewhere between dream and reality.

What if you became part of it? Children and adults alike will be invited to join in the dance and experience the magic of transformation for themselves.

An experience to feel together the fragile beauty of a changing world.

A 45-minute workshop inspired by the performance will take place at 11 am (capacity: 25 people), for ages 8 and up.

Come and discover our instrumentarium during visits at 9:30 am and 10:45 am.
