After nearly 30 years in the business, hundreds of sketches, memorable appearances on television and radio, and seven one-man shows that have won over audiences in Switzerland, Laurent Nicolet is returning to the stage. One last time… and not one too many.
With RIDEAU! (Curtain!), he presents a landmark show: a lucid, funny, and uncompromising farewell. A final encounter with the audience, where the comedian revisits his career, his era, and his own contradictions with complete freedom.
Why now? Why come back after several years away? What has changed—for him, for us, for comedy? Laurent Nicolet transforms these questions into raw comedic material. He explores the absurdities of everyday life, Swiss peculiarities, modern excesses, and universal foibles with a gaze that is at once tender, biting, and profoundly human. A final chance to see him on stage. After… the curtain falls.
Directed by Gaspard Boesch.
