About
Originally from Norway, Lise Davidsen has become one of the stars of the Metropolitan Opera in New York, recently distinguishing herself with a memorable Isolde, as well as other major roles in the repertoire. She makes her Geneva debut in a Schubert recital that highlights the composer’s admiration for Goethe, featuring Erlkönig, the legendary lied Schubert composed on Goethe’s dark ballad The Erl-King.
