To mark the 50th anniversary of Éditions d’en bas, two authors discuss the exhibition *Bonjour, ça va ?* *Short stories to build connections*. In *Récits du bas seuil*. Parcours d’une infirmière (2024), Annelise Bergmann-Zürcher recounts her work in a centre for asylum seekers. In *Il faudra que je m’habitue* (2025), Anouk Hutmacher recounts her experience of supporting a friend in an oncology ward. The two voices explore the relationship with others and with care in the management of patients.
