To mark the 50th anniversary of Éditions d’en bas, two authors discuss the exhibition *Bonjour, ça va ?* *Short Stories to Build Connections*. In *Récits du bas seuil*. *Parcours d’une infirmière* (2024), Annelise Bergmann-Zürcher recounts her work at a center for asylum seekers. In *Il faudra que je m’habitue* (2025), Anouk Hutmacher describes supporting a friend in an oncology ward. Both voices explore the relationship with others and the concept of care in the treatment of sick people.
