To mark the closing of the Sylvia Sleigh and Refaire collection exhibitions, MAMCO is partnering with the Cinémas du Grütli for an evening of screenings as part of the Une autre histoire film club, which aims to showcase documentary films by female directors, presented by other female directors.
On this occasion, a screening of two films by Věra Chytilová will be held at 6 p.m. The screening will be followed by a discussion with director Stéphanie Barbey, moderated by Charlotte Ducos.
Czech director and screenwriter Věra Chytilová is one of the leading figures of the Czechoslovak New Wave.
