Minimum stay of two consecutive months (one month depending on availability and upon request), suitable for one or two people.

Renovated, bright apartments and spacious studios :

• One-bedroom apartments, 3 pieces, 30 or 40 sqm, offering a quiet view to the rear of the building or overlooking Avenue de France. They feature a large bedroom, adjoining living room, built-in storage, a bathroom with bathtub and toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen.

• Studios from 20 to 30 sqm, featuring a spacious bedroom, kitchenette, and bathroom with bathtub or shower.

Facilities and services

Each apartment has everything needed for a simple and comfortable stay:

• Crockery, bed linen and bath towels provided; bed made upon arrival.

• Wi-Fi included.

• A shared laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer is also available to residents free of charge.

Mobility and parking

A bicycle storage area is available to residents.

Subject to availability, parking spaces with electric vehicle charging stations can be rented.

Registration of residence

Official registration at the Residence is possible. Each tenant is provided with a personal mailbox.

Pets

For reasons related to the Residence’s regulations, pets are not permitted.
