Each apartment has everything needed for a simple and comfortable stay:

Minimum stay of two consecutive months, with accommodation for one or two people.

A bicycle storage area is available to residents.

Registration of residence

Official registration at the Residence is possible. Each tenant is provided with a personal mailbox.

For reasons related to the Residence’s regulations, pets are not permitted.
