Climbing Wall at the Top of the Salève Cable Car
Discover La Grande Varappe, our climbing wall that is 20 meters high and 11 meters wide !
Climb and enjoy a breathtaking view of Geneva and Lake Geneva. Thrills guaranteed !
Located on the right side of the cable car arrival station, the wall features six routes of varying difficulty and is designed for adults and children alike, from beginners to experienced climbers! Group introductions are provided, and climbing is done in pairs with other participants. Our instructor will guide you throughout your activity.

WINTER SEASON 2025 | 2026: The cable car is currently closed to the public due to major inspection work, which takes place every five years. It will reopen at the end of January 2026.
Price & conditions
Duration of the activity: 55 minutes (including presentation, equipment fitting, and practice)
Target audience: Suitable for individuals aged 6 and above (children between 6 and 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult for the entire duration of the activity)
