Observatory Walk

Located opposite the Museum of Art and History in Geneva, the Observatory Promenade is a balcony overlooking the lake and the water jet with, in the middle of the green lawn, a superb sculpture by Henry Moore that has become the symbol of the place.

Welcome to the Observatory Promenade, a haven of greenery and serenity perched between the city and the lake! This enchanting space welcomes you with its generous rolling lawns, its flowering flowerbeds and its peaceful atmosphere, perfect for escaping the urban hustle and bustle. Stroll along picturesque pathways arranged in tiers that gently descend toward the lake, offering changing perspectives and shaded corners to relax on the numerous benches scattered here and there. Walking enthusiasts will particularly appreciate the winding paths that snake between magnificent trees, while families will find generous spaces to spread out and enjoy outdoor moments.
