Bicycles are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Customer service available daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. by phone, e-mail and chat in the app.

Price & conditions

1. The minimum age to use the app and pedal bikes is 12 years. For e-bikes users must be at least 14 years old.

 

2. The Rider needs a smartphone with an average hardware performance, which can access the internet and is capable of using Bluetooth and the satellite navigation systems GPS and/or Galileo. The App needs an operating system iOS from Apple Inc. or Android from Google Inc.

 

3. The Rider is permitted to freely use the vehicles within the operating areas of the account in which the vehicle was rented. Returning the vehicle outside the operating area is penalised.
