MERCALM
Like sea songs gleaned from coasts and the soaring flight of seabirds,
Like all those lights dancing on the water in the dark of night.
It's said that water carries music far and wide, and that the ocean's surface is like a mirror.
They say that underwater, low frequencies propagate over great distances, and that's how whales sing.
MERCALM is a medicine used to treat the symptoms of seasickness.

Benoît Gautier, bass, FX

SIRENS
Following in the footsteps of Aja Monet and Anthony Joseph's spoken word, Sirens sets English-language poetry and prose to music. BERTHET & JAKUBEC
Berthet & Jakubec have been together since 2022. They play, listen to each other, try, find... As a duo, although their music is certainly not limited to two voices, since Christophe switches from tenor to soprano sax and vice-versa, multiplying almost endless sound explorations, while Sam oscillates between playing with his hands, blastbeat, bow and other objects. A percussive universe without limits or boundaries. This gives the combo infinite creative possibilities...
Their music is largely improvised, yet carefully studied and crafted. A duo that blends finesse, humor and energy.
Samuel Jakubec, drums, percussion, objects
Christophe Berthet, saxophones
10:45pm - Main stage
