ABLAYE CISSOKO & CYRILLE BROTTO
Chanson mandingue
An exceptional sound journey with Ablaye Cissoko, Senegalese master griot, and Cyrille Brotto, diatonic accordion virtuoso.
Ablaye Cissoko, with over 20 years of experience and international renown, perfectly combines Mandingo tradition and contemporary creativity. He has collaborated with renowned artists such as Omar Pene, Eric Bibb, and Majid Bekkas.
At his side, Cyrille Brotto, master of the diatonic accordion, adds a touch of elegance and subtlety, bringing to life a fascinating dialogue between two instruments, the kora and the accordion.
Together, they put their poetic imagination and musical intelligence to the service of a new album Djiyo (water), a delicate and harmonious work that transcends musical boundaries.
This collaboration goes beyond music: it tells the story of a deep friendship between two artists from different worlds, but united by their desire to share and transmit.
A captivating evening to escape and awaken the senses!
