Theater brothers, passionate about working with the body and its comic mechanisms, Philippe Gouin and Joan Mompart draw on their memories of Beckett to play two clowns from another time. In a world without words, they seek each other out, guess at each other, dig into the silence to write the poem of everyday human life. Their choreography, supple and meticulous, is also that of machinery: special effects, smoke, apparitions... in chorus or in canon, the two artists deploy a farandole of funny and hypnotic situations. A thousand emotions emerge from their gestures. "Actapalabra" or "acting the words": making an attempt beyond what can be said.
