Threads and string, coloured paper and brads: discover three simple and fun bookbinding techniques to make your own notebooks!

The Centre de la photographie Genève invites you to a creative session to enjoy with the family, introducing everyone to bookbinding techniques that anyone can master. You’ll leave with beautiful creations and ideas for turning loose sheets of paper, drawings and mementos into little books and making your own personalised notebooks.
Workshop led by Brigida Bocini, artist and photographer.
Brigida Bocini was born in 1995 in Prato, Italy. A graduate of HEAD – Genève, she exhibited at Halle Nord in 2019 as a recipient of the Bourses Déliées of Fonds cantonal d’art contemporain. She has also taken part in various exhibitions and book fairs in Switzerland, Belgium, France and Italy. She currently pursues her artistic practice in Geneva.
At the same time, driven by a passion for cultural and museum outreach, she works as a tour guide at the Musée d’art moderne et contemporain de Genève (MAMCO) and has been teaching visual arts within the Department of Public Education (DIP) since 2020.
