The Pavillon stage welcomes Jamaican dancers and DJs brought together by Spanish choreographer Tamara Alegre.
Conceived as uninhibited, festive, and generous, the space gradually transforms into a dancefloor to celebrate dancehall—a cultural and political movement born in the working-class neighborhoods of Kingston in the late 1970s.
Dynamic Legends, Mama Blazzaz, Miss Rose, Shanky Equanoxx, and DJ Pappi will electrify the stage with their music and dance, expressing the joy, anger, and pride of their daily struggles and triumphs.
A celebration of the playful spontaneity of dancehall, whose unifying power and raw beauty turn the margins into the center.

Ahead of the premiere of 1GUH WATCH, a dancehall workshop with Shanky Equanoxx will be held at 6:30 PM on Thursday, September 11.
