The 23rd edition of the Geneva International Film Festival and Forum on Human Rights

The 23rd edition of the Geneva International Film Festival and Forum on Human Rights will take place from 7th to 16th March, 2025.

The FIFDH (International film festival and forum on human rights) has been committed to cinema and respect for human rights for 22 years. From 7 to 16 March, Geneva will host the next edition of the Festival, which - in the face of a world fractured by crises - exposes, denounces and asks: how can we protect what unites us and strengthen our humanity?
For ten days, the FIFDH will be inviting us to reconsider our political systems and join forces in the face of the rise of extreme right-wing movements and the threat to fundamental rights that they represent. Many guests will be present, including Nobel Peace Prize winner Oleksandra Matviichuk, activist Paul Watson, writer Douglas Kennedy, journalist Salomé Saqué, surgeon Ghassan Abu Sittah and actress Angela Molina (Cosmos, by Germinal Roaux).
