Set your sights on Andalusia with the arrival of Israel Fernández at La Bâtie’s Alhambra—a singer who has reinvented flamenco and brought it to new audiences without betraying or disappointing his deep roots.
La Bâtie is fortunate to welcome him alongside Diego del Morao, regarded as one of today’s greatest guitarists, whose influence continues to spread among younger generations. Together, they reconcile past, present, and future, tradition and modernity, blending complicity and improvisation to make each of their performances a unique concert experience.
Born into a Romani family in the province of Toledo, Israel Fernández has been immersed in flamenco culture from a young age. Coupled with a natural sensitivity, his innate interpretative talent quickly earned him widespread recognition. His partnership with the gifted Diego del Morao naturally took shape, and the release of their album Amor in 2020 left a strong impression, becoming one of the best-selling albums in Spain that year.
With these two artists, you can expect a blazing evening. Their concert promises to ignite souls and hearts while stirring your blood.
