Theatrical installation with music for ensemble by Katharina Rosenberger, Matthias Rebstock, Betina Kuntzsch, Sabine Hilscher and the ensembles Collegium Novum Zürich and Contrechamps.
Inspired by Kafka, The Gap unfolds as a hybrid of installation, performance and concert, where nothing follows a straight line. Think of it as a machine for travelling through space and time, a suspended continuum shifting between past and future, decay and renewal, that brings together fourteen performers, loudspeakers, video and scenography.
