The Marche de l'espoir (Walk of hope) 2026 – 35th edition

An iconic Geneva event, the Marche de l'espoir is back for its 35th edition! Every year, thousands of children, families, friends, and schools gather along the shores of Lake Geneva to defend children's rights through a sporting, festive, and community-spirited event.

This year, the funds raised will go entirely to Terre des Hommes Suisse's child rights projects in Haiti, to offer a better future to the most vulnerable children.

The concept is simple: before the Walk, each participant looks for sponsors who commit to donating an amount of their choice for every kilometer walked on the day of the event.

Every kilometer walked directly helps fund these projects. Join the thousands of participants expected on Sunday, October 11, 2026, in Geneva, and walk for children's rights too.
