Quartet Night

Four artists, four distinct styles, one soundscape: Contrechamps is pulling out all the stops for an extraordinary evening, from 7 pm to midnight, with live music, sets, immersive listening and film.

L’image montre un homme aux cheveux gris jouant de la guitare électrique, sur un fond orange. Le texte présente le Marc Ribot Quartet, ainsi que « La Nuit du Quatuor » et la saison 2026–2027.

There are four cardinal points. There are four seasons, four geometric elements: the point, the line, the plane and the solid. This quartet alone embodies a rare utopia. How do four artistic sensibilities manage to form a single sonic organism without falling apart? Contrechamps and its partners go to great lengths to solve this puzzle. Over four hours of live music, a variety of sets and artists, culminating in an enhanced listening experience and two films screened continuously from 7 pm until midnight.
