An incredible and explosive Argentinian performer, La Yegros combines ancestral traditions, contemporary lyrics and wild Latin American rhythms. Driven by a desire to share her profound passion for popular and traditional cultures, she crosses genres and borders with originality, infusing her music with an energy that is as free-spirited as it is infectious. Alongside GECA and Venezuelan drummer Edwin Sanz, she will take us on a journey through the realms of cumbia, carnavalito and chamamé. This programme, rich in folk influences, will be complemented by Dvořák’s poignant Symphony No. 7.
